Recently, I finished what is currently the last installment of the Dragon Age franchise, taking my time as the game demanded that.
I completed the game within 35 hours and that must be some kind of record, as the content of the (mostly unneeded and very grindy) side missions is vast. Also, I won’t deny that I immediately noticed that the PC version of this game is clearly a console port.
Nevertheless, this beast of a game has enough beauty to offer regarding visuals and story line to make anyone, after completing the main quest, wander around for just another 35 hours …
To play the game more fluently, as usual, I had to install some mods. Luckily, there’s a tool called DAIModManager which makes it very easy to merge the desired mod content with the latest official version of the game. Below you can see which mods I had installed.
These mods greatly improve the combat, making real-time fights possible, removing the need to switch to the tactical view, etc …
After all, I really enjoyed also this third one, and I’m looking forward to the next Dragon Age game…
